What You'll Do Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Implement established plans of care to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Work with patients across a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, functional activities, and strategies that support progress outside the clinic. Communicate with supervising physical therapists and other team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care. Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Help create a welcoming, encouraging clinic environment where patients feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey. Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic through positive patient experiences, professional collaboration, and participation in team initiatives. What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current, active Virginia PTA license. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient-centered approach and a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals. Dependability, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with a supervising physical therapist. Experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation is a plus, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
