Position Overview
We’re hiring a Laborer to join our field crew. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to learn the excavation and site development trade from the ground up. No two days are the same, and you’ll work alongside experienced operators and foremen who are committed to helping you grow.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with site preparation, trenching, grading, and general excavation tasks
• Perform physical labor including shoveling, raking, pipe laying, and material handling
• Support equipment operators and follow directions to maintain safe, efficient job sites
• Use basic hand tools and small equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you grow

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Experience in construction or excavation is a plus, but not required
