Floor Technician -Ruleville Community Care Center

We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Floor Technician at Ruleville Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications:
- This individual must be reliable, efficient, and motivated.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces.
- Clean or shampoo carpets.
- Maintain equipment and supplies.
- Follow workplace safety standards.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Strong organization and execution skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and within established guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Committed to delivering high quality results, working with others to overcome challenges, and focusing on what matters.
- Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share knowledge with others.
