Creative Director

Creative Director Serino Coyne is a full‑service marketing and advertising agency that merges storytelling, art, data, and conversation to deliver compelling experiences. As Creative Director, you will lead the creative conversation, initiate strategic thinking and creative development, and oversee the delivery of campaigns across print, OOH, video, audio, and digital media. Job Responsibilities Establish, manage, and maintain the creative direction for assignments to meet business objectives. Collaborate and work cohesively on big ideas and day‑to‑day solutions. Create high‑quality campaigns for each project assigned. Write and communicate the strategic direction, ensuring consistency throughout the campaign and driving sales. Present creative solutions and rationale in client meetings. Ensure all assignments are prioritized and completed on a timely basis. Job Requirements 8+ years of creative experience, including copywriting, brand strategy, video storytelling, and supervision of creative assignments. Proven ability to present to clients in a personable, persuasive manner and possess excellent communication skills. Experience writing all forms of advertising across traditional and new media. Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously across accounts. Self‑starter with proactive initiative. Previous experience with entertainment accounts is a plus.
