TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location

Spokane, WA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Some weekend shifts required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients, including those with pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiple gestations
• Manage active labor patients through induction, augmentation, VBAC/TOLAC, and antepartum care
• Respond to and manage maternal emergencies in an acute care setting
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 for laboring patients and 1:3 for antepartum patients
• Float between units as needed within the facility
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with high-risk OB conditions including pre-eclampsia, antepartum care, and maternal emergencies
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or large acute care hospital setting (600+ beds)
• Familiarity with VBAC/TOLAC protocols and induction/augmentation management
• Prior travel nursing experience in Labor and Delivery
