CNC Machinist/Programmer JobA well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its on-site team. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable machinist who takes pride in quality work, accurate setups, and producing complex parts in a job-shop environment.What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.Interpret complex blueprints, program sheets, and work instructions.Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations to close tolerances.Complete machine setups, changeovers, and tooling adjustments.Inspect and gauge finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for machines, tooling, and parts.Work collaboratively with the production team while maintaining dependable attendance.What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of CNC mill and/or CNC lathe experience.Strong blueprint-reading, measurement, inspection, and gaging skills.Experience in a low-volume, high-mix job-shop environment is preferred.Multi-axis mill or machining-center experience is a plus.Manual mill or manual lathe experience is a plus.A team-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.If you are an experienced CNC Machinist looking for stable, hands-on work with a company that values precision and craftsmanship, apply today.Please submit a resume for consideration.
