Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential.The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.50-$24.00 per hour.What your role will look likeAccurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiriesTake incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and provide servicing and dispatch supportTimely and accurate managing of the service and delivery call scheduling and dispatching.Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfactionPrepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accountsFiling of customer documentation in appropriate foldersOther duties as assignedWhat you'll bring to this roleEducation: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalentExperience operating a multi-line/function phone systemMust possess general knowledge of applicable codes to assist techniciansApply now to heat up your career at Eastern!
