Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Fort Collins, CO 80031 (Hybrid) Type: Fulltime, Direct hire role Salary Range: $85,380 – $106,725 + Commission + Benefits Role Summary Responsible for sourcing, developing, and servicing commercial loans and related products. Acts as primary contact for members/prospective members, coordinating across internal teams to ensure strong service throughout the lending process. Builds referral networks, supports portfolio growth, and maintains advisory-level client relationships.
