Requirements Must have IL RN license in hand Must have IL LPN/LVN license in hand Must have IL CNA license in hand All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license Locals accepted at the same bill rate Attach Nursys when submitting (pulled within the last 2 weeks). No license hits allowed automatic redirect Former UCM, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff (IE any University of Chicago location) must be gone 7 months to come back as a traveler.
