As an Account Executive at ECL, you’ll run full-cycle sales across a book of high-potential SaaS and AI companies- managing active inbound demand, creating new opportunities, and guiding founders through critical capital decisions. We’re looking for someone who can build long-term account strategies, collaborate with internal underwriting and GTM teams, understand business fundamentals quickly, communicate value in competitive situations, lead commercial conversations, and consistently close high-quality deals.

• Own the full sales cycle for high-intent SaaS and AI companies - from initial outreach and qualification, to business case development, deal structuring, underwriting coordination, negotiation, and close.
• Develop and execute account strategies across your pipeline to drive predictable revenue growth, identifying expansion opportunities and new deal pathways.
• Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers, deeply understanding their metrics, challenges, and capital strategy.
• Manage accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, and deal reporting, ensuring clarity across GTM and underwriting teams.
• Conduct account mapping, run effective discovery and scoping meetings, and ensure the right external stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, and product to improve the founder experience and accelerate deal velocity.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales processes, improve qualification and messaging, and help shape ECL’s high-performance sales culture.

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS/ AI sales , fintech sales, or founder-facing roles.
• A track record of running full-cycle outbound + inbound sales.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, gross margin, CAC, LTV, burn, NRR).
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, speed, and constant iteration.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Have sold financial products, capital, lending, receivables financing, or RBF.
• Have worked in an early-stage startup or fintech scale-up.
• Have deep familiarity with VC, private credit, founder ecosystems, or revenue-based financing.
