Assembly - Contractor - A

Job Overview Requirement/Must Have: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. HS Diploma/GED and 4 years experience. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions. Responsibilities: Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures. Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products. Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals. Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email). Nice to Have: Experience handling small products/microchips. Skills: Good hand/eye coordination. Close attention to detail and quality. Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office. Good communication skills. Teamwork oriented. Ability to work with little or no supervision if required. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Patience. Qualification And Education: 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience.
