Oracle OIC / Fusion Order Management Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle OIC Integration & Fusion Order Management WMS Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion Order Management, WMS integrations, and ERP/SCM processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting integrations, working with APIs and EDI/B2B transactions, and supporting end-to-end order-to-cash and fulfillment processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and support integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, WMS, and external systems.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads, data transformation, and field mapping.
• Support EDI/B2B integrations, including transactions such as 850, 855, 860, 940, 945, 856, and 861.
• Analyze integration failures, troubleshoot errors, and implement appropriate exception and retry handling.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to gather integration requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Support sales order, shipment, inventory, transfer order, and fulfillment integrations.
• Support processes involving pick, pack, ship, shipment confirmation, and receipt confirmation.
• Develop and maintain integrations for inventory synchronization and transfer orders.
• Support Oracle Fusion Order Management, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.
• Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return order processes, including receiving, inspection, disposition, and credit/refund flows.
• Troubleshoot integration and order fulfillment issues across systems and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM with WMS and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, payload structures, and field mapping.
• Experience with EDI/B2B integrations and common EDI transactions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integration errors, exceptions, and failed transactions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management and order orchestration.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, Back-to-Back Orders, and Drop Ship Orders.
• Knowledge of fulfillment lines, fulfillment orchestration, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.
• Experience with inventory synchronization, shipment confirmation, and receipt confirmation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle WMS and warehouse management integrations.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise integration environments.
• Knowledge of integration monitoring, exception management, and retry mechanisms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and functional teams.
