Electro-Mechanical Assembler

QRC is actively seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble fabricated parts in a light industrial production/lab environment. Works under and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

• Use hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble units according to product specifications.
• Assemble, inspect, and test cables, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Install software/firmware and configure products.
• Willing and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must have the ability to interpret work instructions and simple mechanical drawings.
• Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Assembler.
• Knowledge and understanding of PC computer software and hardware installation, ability to operate standard computers.
• Solid written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to candidates that can demonstrate basic soldering skills.
• The candidate must be able to obtain a clearance when sponsored by QRC.

Education/Certifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Electronic Training Certificate, and Military Electronics Training or applicable AA degree is preferred.
