Finance Billing Specialist

Finance Billing Specialist Wichita, Kansas Garver is seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance Team. The role supports Garver’s Project Managers and Finance Team, and offers growth potential within the organization. Responsibilities Work directly with Project Managers to set up projects and budgets according to contract specifications. Maintain accurate records within the ERP for project details, budgets, and invoices. Generate monthly billing packets for Project Manager review. Handle client billing. Document client-related procedures, deadlines, and guidelines. Document Project Manager preferences related to billing. Efficiently manage and record monthly project reports. Provide financial reporting upon Project Manager request. Pro‑actively monitor AR and WIP aging and address them with assigned Project Managers. Collaborate with Garver technical leaders or Finance staff for special projects as needed. Aid other Finance Team members as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 3‑5 years of billing or accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills. Problem‑solving mindset and high motivation. Proven experience using ERP systems or specialized billing software. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a service‑oriented approach, confidence in decision‑making, and effective time‑management.
