General Production Worker - 1st Shift

What You'll Do

• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary production areas
• Assist with production setup, changeovers, and equipment preparation
• Remove waste, recycling, and packing materials from production areas
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Help maintain continuous product flow on production lines
• Move materials and ingredients throughout the facility
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic production equipment
• Assist team members as needed to keep production on schedule
• Complete required paperwork and communicate any production or equipment issues
• Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical movement
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 30&degree;F)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
