Overview
Respiratory Therapist, General – Nashua, NH – Travel assignment. Start date: 07/27/2026 for a 13-week engagement. Weekly pay range: $2,234–$2,321 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Rotating. Setting: hospital-based travel assignment.

Responsibilities
- Perform pulmonary function testing (PFT) and related lab testing; calibrate and maintain PFT equipment; assist with quality control data and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with providers, nursing staff, and department leadership; coordinate scheduling of PFT testing and related exams.
- Document testing results and patient data in the electronic medical record; ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS and internal policies.
- Assist in training and supervising respiratory therapy students during clinical rotations in the PFT Lab.
- Participate in ongoing instrumentation updates, procedure development, and adherence to CAP and related guidelines as applicable.

Requirements
- Licensure: Current New Hampshire license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) required.
- Certifications: Credentialed by the NBRC or certified RPFT required.
- CPR Certification required.
- Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program or Cardiopulmonary Technologist program; preferred.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in respiratory therapy and pulmonary function testing preferred.
- Working environment: Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based setting.
