Accounts Receivable Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk Wilmington, OH | Fully Onsite Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr. based on experience We are currently hiring a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is a fully onsite position offering long-term stability and the opportunity to join a collaborative accounting team. The ideal candidate will have prior accounts receivable experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume office setting. Responsibilities Process daily customer payments including ACH, checks, and credit card transactions Apply payments accurately and reconcile accounts Handle inbound phone calls and assist customers with payment-related questions Monitor and respond to accounting emails Investigate and resolve billing or payment discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with additional accounting duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience Knowledge of payment application and reconciliation processes Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and general computer systems Oracle software experience preferred Strong typing and 10-key data entry skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment Team-oriented with strong organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
