Responsibilities Locating HDD drill heads using DigiTrak, Subsite and comparable systems Providing real-time steering corrections to the Drill Operator Reading utility maps, bore profiles and construction drawings Identifying underground utility conflicts before drilling begins Recording bore information and production data Working closely with Operators, Foremen, Inspectors and Utility Representatives Maintaining OSHA-compliant, safety-focused job sites Skills/Must Have 3+ years of HDD locating experience Fiber optic or underground utility construction experience Strong understanding of bore planning and utility avoidance Experience with DigiTrak, Subsite or equivalent locating systems Excellent communication and teamwork Valid driver's license Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience plus overtime opportunities Steady, year-round work, no chasing the next project Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and paid holidays Paid certifications and ongoing professional development Modern locating equipment including DigiTrak and Subsite Real promotion opportunities into Lead Locator, Foreman and Superintendent positions Safety-first culture with a team that values experienced professionals Salary $35-$38 per hour. up to 42 for highly qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
