What You'll Do

As a Teller, you'll help members manage their finances while delivering an exceptional experience every time they visit.

You'll process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently

• Help members discover products and services that meet their financial needs
• Build meaningful relationships through outstanding service and genuine conversations
• Answer questions and provide solutions with confidence and care
• Support branch goals while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
• Represent SCCU's mission of improving the financial well-being of our members

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You enjoy working with people and have a knack for creating positive experiences. You're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems and products.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has previous customer service, cash handling, retail, banking, or related experience
• Communicates effectively and professionally
• Enjoys working independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality
• Is organized and follows procedures consistently

• Can travel to other branch locations as needed
