Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Job Description

As a promoter of our brand, you'll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales. In addition to an hourly base rate, you'll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions. Job Type: Contract/Remote What You'll Do Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel. Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness. Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions. Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns. Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements Confident on camera with a natural ability to engage an audience. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Experience with live streaming and community engagement. Familiarity with social media analytics and trends. Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred).

Benefits Compensation & Bonuses Base Pay: Per Hour / Per Minute of a Video / Per Video Performance bonus: $.001 for each view $.01 per each like $.10 per comment, save and share 10%-20% for each sale
