Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid and current licensure as a Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and physician direction
• Delegate and direct therapy services, ensuring discipline-specific tasks are managed appropriately
• Foster safe patient and employee practices, with focus on equipment use, infection control, and workplace hazard reporting
• Document outcomes, assessments, and plan progress clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner in compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Educate patients, families, and colleagues to promote health literacy and continuity of care
• Participate in student training and mentoring as assigned
• Pursue ongoing professional development and adhere to all licensure and continuing education requirements
