What We Offer: Nurse Next Door People Promise, you love coming to work $50 to 55 per hour 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions 24/7 assistance related to client care In home care with private clients Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing client assessments Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and physician orders Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and catheter management Monitor vital signs and assess changes in client condition, informing the Supervising Nurse and physician as needed Document care provided accurately and effectively in electronic medical records As directed by the Supervising Nurse, provide guidance and support to LPNs and Home Care Aides Service the McLean, Oakton, Vienna, Reston, Falls Church, Herndon, Great Falls areas Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, with at least one year in-home care or a related setting preferred Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset Current USA, VIRGINIA RN license in good standing Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check Must be able to legally work in the US to apply for this position Valid driver’s license is required Nurse Next Door is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
