Join us and, together, we’ll advance your career.THE ROLE:AMD is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead paid search strategy and execution across our consumer, commercial, and enterprise product portfolios and global markets. This role will own paid search planning, budget allocation, campaign performance, and measurement. The manager will also evaluate visibility across paid, organic, and AI search to identify opportunities and recommend broader search priorities.THE PERSON:The ideal candidate brings extensive paid search experience in the technology industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on expertise and agency leadership. They are a strong communicator and collaborative partner who can translate performance insights into clear recommendations, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability for results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Paid Search Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business priorities across consumer, commercial, and enterprise products.Lead campaign planning and budget allocation across products, audiences, and geographic markets.Identify opportunities to expand paid search coverage and establish scalable planning processes across business units.Search Visibility & Opportunity AnalysisAnalyze search intent, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify high-value search opportunities, conducting keyword research where applicable.Evaluate AMD’s visibility across paid, organic, and AI search to identify competitive gaps and opportunities.Use search visibility and performance insights to guide paid media investment and recommend organic search, AI search, and content priorities.Track search visibility and competitive positioning across priority topics and markets.Campaign Management & OptimizationOversee campaign setup, execution, and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and ad creative, including AI-powered advertising capabilities and automation.Lead structured testing to improve campaign performance and media efficiency.Lead landing page testing and optimization for paid search traffic, partnering with Web and Analytics teams to improve engagement and conversion rates.Manage agency partners to ensure execution quality, proactive optimization, and accountability for results.Measurement & AnalyticsEstablish paid search KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting across products and campaign objectives.Partner with Analytics, Web, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement, including CRM and offline conversion integration where applicable.Evaluate traffic quality, conversions, campaign incrementality, and business outcomes to inform optimization and investment decisions.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product Marketing and business teams to align paid search campaigns with product priorities and customer journeys.Work with Web, Content, and Analytics teams to implement landing page improvements and broader search visibility recommendations.Present performance results, insights, and investment recommendations to marketing leadership.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Extensive paid search experience in the technology industry, including strategy, execution, and optimization; B2B tech experience is a plus.Proven experience building and scaling paid search programs across multiple products or markets.Strong experience in search demand analysis, competitive research, and performance measurement; SEO and AI search knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and landing page optimization.Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.#LI-CJ2Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
