As the HVAC Install Technician at MacLellan, you are part of Best People. You will learn and utilize our Best Systems to install, replace, and commission commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems. You will work with a variety of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, as well as associated electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

You will work closely with our team and customers to ensure equipment is installed according to specifications, manufacturer requirements, and MacLellan's standards, producing Best Results.

What are the HVAC Install Technician skills necessary for success?

• Ability to read and interpret equipment specifications, installation instructions, and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

• Commitment to following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and HVAC installation equipment.

What HVAC Install Technician experience is needed for success?

• 23 years of progressive, professional experience installing, replacing, or working with commercial or industrial HVAC systems and equipment preferred.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, refrigeration, and associated mechanical systems preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification is preferred.
• HVAC trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
