We’re hiring 2nd Shift Operations & Inventory Supervisors to support the launch of a brand-new distribution operation in the Columbus area. This is an opportunity to join a globally established logistics provider and help build out a high-performance team from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll take the lead on evening shift operations, ensuring the flow of goods, accuracy of inventory, and performance of your team .

You will:

• Oversee inbound, outbound, and/or inventory control operations during 2nd shift
• Lead and coach teams to meet daily production, accuracy, and safety goals
• Drive accountability around picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy
• Monitor KPIs and adjust labor, workflows, and priorities in realtime
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift execution
• Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements on the floor
• Maintain a strong safety-first and quality-focused cu l ture

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience (3PL preferred)
• Experience overseeing shift operations, inventory, or fulfillment workflows
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills on the floor
• Comfort working with WMS systems (SAP or similar is a plus)
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and results
