Responsibilities:
- Prep meat, fish, soups, sauces, etc. for service using proper safety and sanitation guidelines
- Cook and plate guest orders in accordance with menu specifications
- Check all food items for quality
- Wrap, label, and date all food containers before refrigerating
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a chef or cook
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
