We are seeking a full-time, experienced Home Service Dispatcher . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers. While experience in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning industry is not required, we value individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.

- Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching service calls efficiently
- Monitor and organize the dispatch board
- Review, resolve, and close service tickets
- Pre-call customers and coordinate service requests
- Address any open or incomplete tickets from the previous day
- Report field-related issues to the Service Manager
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow company communication procedures and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to engage clients
- 2+ years of dispatching experience (required)
- 1+ year of ServiceTitan experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Reliable commute to West Chester, PA 19382 (required)
- Available to work Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM with Saturday rotation.
