Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician – $24–$30/hr – Flexible Schedule

Robertsville, MO | Part-Time 2pm-4pm

• $24–$30 per hour

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists to join our growing team.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills

• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)

• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings

• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team

Required

• RBT Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Preferred

• Experience working with children

• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
