Full-time Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a homecare role providing pediatric patient care, including G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness responding to changes in patient condition and communicating with physicians or supervisors educating patients and coordinating care and discharge planning Qualifications include current RN license and health certifications valid BLS, PPD or chest X-ray, and experience preferred Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills, the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs, and a compassionate approach to pediatric care.
