We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with natural sales instincts to join our growing sales team! As an Account Executive you will be hunting and closing new business within the US. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to grow activity and move things forward to high scales. Responsibilities Develop, manage and prioritize a pipeline of strategic target accounts within a defined territory Drive the sales process from prospect to deal closure Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and strategic follow-up communications Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth Build and maintain quality relationships with enterprise-level executives Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts Work closely with internal teams needed to help further the sales process (i.e. Sales Engineers, implementation, etc.) Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business Requirements 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in the SaaS industry Prior experience in B2B sales, with a proven, successful track record of generating revenue and closing business Prior experience targeting large enterprise organizations or equivalent years of experience selling to mid‑market Proven track record of success prospecting for new business Motivation, drive, and a self‑starting attitude Benefits 401K + 401k Match 11 Paid Holidays PTO & Sick Days Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales, Analyst, and Other Industries Information Services, Software Development, and IT System Custom Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KMS Lighthouse by 2x Get notified about new Sales Account Executive jobs in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex .
