We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Staff. As a Residential Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to promote the mental, physical, intellectual, social and emotional independence of those we serve. Its work that is incredibly challenging and equally rewarding.

Duties:

• Provide assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders and more
• Support individuals in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs
• Monitor and record behaviors and conditions as required
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure comprehensive care
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in caregiving or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy rights of residents
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
