Primary Care Independence - Patient Registration FT Days

Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, or "CRMC", is a 25-bed, non-profit, critical access hospital serving Southeast Kansas and Northeast Oklahoma since 1949. Patient Registration coordinates the daily administration of the department. Job Duties Provide administrative and clerical support to the department Maintain records, logs and databases Assure proper stock and inventory of department Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations Patient Registration assumes other responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Analytical ability to apply criteria and evaluate information to make decisions Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills in teaming with patients, medical staff and the public Detail oriented with proven ability to multitask Skill in greeting patients and answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiar with electronic medical health care record systems Education and Experience H.S.
