This position will serve as the client lead for San Antonio Water System (SAWS), with responsibility for winning new work, mentoring staff, and growing the SAWS account. We currently have six SAWS contracts with a backlog of $1M+.This client-focused seller role requires demonstrated business development experience in municipal water/wastewater design services in the San Antonio area. The candidate will lead long-term client relationships, build the contract sales pipeline, partner with operations to deliver high-quality projects, and help grow the teams needed to provide exceptional client value. This role supports Weston’s growth strategy to expand its municipal water/wastewater portfolio and requires existing relationships with municipalities and cities. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong client insight, communication, business development, and project management skills. Only candidates with a Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and the required experience will be considered.
