Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Memory Care – ALL SHIFTS – University Heights Health and Living Indianapolis, Indiana, United States Job Description University Heights Health and Living is hiring LPNs on all shifts for our Memory Care Unit. We offer a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time day, evening, and night shifts, daily and weekly pay options, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including pet insurance. About the Role As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CarDon and Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality patient care across all shifts. Your primary responsibility is to assist in the daily activities of residents, ensuring their comfort and well‑being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patients’ health status, administer medications, and provide education to residents and their families. Job Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Minimum Qualifications Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a long‑term care or assisted living environment. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
