Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: GI Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:45 - 15:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Call requirement will include at least 1-2 weekdays and 1 regular weekend shift plus call every 8 weeks. Description: Position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in the GI Lab. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing appropriate nursing care plans. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is essential for effective patient care. Experience with community hospital settings is preferred. Nurses will need to demonstrate proficiency in charting and documentation. Travel experience is not required but may be beneficial. Candidates should have strong communication and patient interaction skills. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet the call requirements. It is important to have a commitment to patient safety and quality care. Additional responsibilities may include educating patients and families on health and wellness.
