Quality Partner

Responsibilities Accountable for ensuring contributions align with commitment to quality and regulatory standards. Build and develop capabilities to improve team, customer, and patient outcomes. Apply new approaches to increase productivity, reduce costs, or mitigate compliance issues. Act as a strategic business partner to break down silos between internal and external organizations. Develop and implement risk‑based compliant processes to enable efficient innovation. Identify improvements and implement them through collaboration with management. Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues. Document authoring, review, and technical reviews as required. Prepare documentation for audits and participate in audits. Troubleshoot issues, develop independent solutions to avoid compliance jeopardy. Communicate quality or regulatory risks to executive management. Advance Network work, make trade‑offs, and enable cross‑department collaboration. Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues and business partners. Build a culture of continuous improvement and model Agile Leadership behaviors. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, or related subject, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in quality management or related functions. Recognized expertise in your discipline and experience across multiple functions. Experience managing highly complex and/or global projects. Location & Compensation Based in Tucson, Arizona. This is a primarily on‑site position. Relocation assistance is not available. Salary range: $65,700 – $121,900, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
