Practice Info Mostly general Urology Seeing 22-24 patients per day Strong support staff 4 days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at Northridge Responsibilities Be comfortable doing nephrectomies Be robotically trained On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group Able to take more call and get compensated for it Occasional ER panel call at Holy Cross Hospital Compensation The salary range for this role is $384,000 to $672,000 annually based on full-time employment Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group, able to take more and get compensated for it Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) Requirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Unrestricted CA State Medical License (or willing xmvmafu to obtain if out of state) Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date Board Certified in Urology Solid clinical training including ongoing practice EMR Proficient Preferred: Advanced degree in management or fellowship training Preferred: FHM or SFHM status Preferred: Track record of change management and driving outcomes Preferred: Understanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs, full risk contracting models or equivalent Preferred: Excellent time management skills
