About the Role:

Reign Moving Solutions LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Driver to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC. Responsibilities:

• Operate moving trucks and vehicles safely and efficiently to transport customer belongings
• Lead and direct moving crew members throughout each job to ensure smooth operations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Safely load, secure, and unload furniture, boxes, and fragile items
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site to address questions and ensure satisfaction
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure all moving equipment, blankets, and tools are properly accounted for and maintained

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Previous experience in moving, logistics, or freight transportation strongly preferred
• Ability to drive large moving trucks (26ft box trucks or similar)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (50–100+ lbs) regularly
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
