Job Details Job Location: G259 - Santa Cruz, CA 95062 Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.90 - $16.90 per hour Travel Percentage: None Shift: Day Job Category: Inventory Schedule: 6:00 am – 9:00 am, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (9 hours per week) Part Time Summary and Objective Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure all aspects of daily activities at their designated garages are handled to meet client needs. The role embodies the P.A.L.S core values through performance, policy, and procedure adherence and involves communication upward through the team for all matters between the client and LG-OSS. Essential Functions Key responsibilities include: Ensuring garage coverage is met daily at primary locations and providing backup coverage to other locations when available. Maintaining inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages. Meeting the service requirement of 7:30 AM local time daily. Completing daily Garage 101 tasks (Garage Product Signs, correct product staging, clean desk area, correct placement of garage barcode). Ensuring LG-OSS and AT&T policy compliance. Reporting daily on time and submitting daily reports by set deadlines. Completing operation task sequences in order. Adhering to First In/First Out stock management. Maintaining an accident‑free work environment and being a safety advocate. Participating in daily conference calls with staff and management. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Participating in leadership skill development and other duties as assigned. Travel Local travel: 0%–25% of the year, less than 100 miles one way per trip. Extended travel: 0%–10% of the year, more than 100 miles one way per trip. Work Environment The job operates in a warehouse environment with loud noises, bright lights, and temperature variations that may match current exterior weather conditions. Physical Demands Regularly required to talk or hear. Requires close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must lift, bend, twist, sit, and stand for extended periods. Uses pallet jacks, laptops, scanners, and other office products. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Qualifications Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 6 months of warehouse or inventory experience. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Ability to use a pallet jack.
