Shipping Receiving Administrator

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage daily shipping and receiving operations Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Accurately track incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain organized records and inventory documentation Assist with packaging, palletizing, and preparing shipments Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, load, unload, and move inventory safely within the shop Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packing materials while ensuring products are protected during transit Must be able to use hand/power tools in order to build custom shipping pallets for odd size shipments Qualifications & Skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to adapt quickly and shift directions as business needs change Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Punctual - hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
