Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Far Rockaway, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Documented experience with geriatrics, mobility training, and falls prevention preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.
