Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Work Experience 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting Required Hospital pharmacy experience Preferred IV admixture experience Preferred IV chemotherapy preparation experience Preferred Licenses and Certifications LPT - Licensed Pharmacy Tech Registration (current) with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire Required RPI - Reg Pharmacy Intern Registration (current) with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern Upon Hire Required PTCB Certification Preferred Business Unit: Company Name Piedmont Fayette Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr Fayette Chamber of Commerce
