Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time each day
• Jobsite clean-up and maintenance
• Moving materials on the jobsite
• Cleaning and oiling concrete forms
• Grading rock for concrete placement
• Manual excavation, when needed.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Member of the Laborers Union, or willing to join.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
• Must be a team player and self-starter.
• Must be able to take direction.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 80 pounds from floor to waist 3x
• Lift 60 pounds waist to shoulder 3x
• Overhead lift 60 pounds 3x
• Bilateral Carry 80 pounds 2x for 50 feet
• Gripping for 90 second with 30 pounds
• Push and pull a sled with 97 lobs of force
• Lift 80 pounds of concrete and carry for 50 ft 5x
• Push 8 pound wheelbarrow 100 ft
• Ascend and Descent 60 rungs on a vertical ladder
• Squat, bend, kneel, and stoop
