Route 128 Honda is expanding our award-winning service team and is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership. What We’re Looking For:

Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Spanish speaking preferred
Portuguese speaking is a plus
Positive attitude and team-first mindset

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and provide a high-level service experience from write-up to delivery
Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive retention
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all dealership processes
