Job Description

Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Kennewick, WA
Pay Range: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Join a high-performing team at The Management Group. We’re looking for a Leasing Agent with property management or leasing experience who thrives in a fast-paced setting and loves delivering top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, resident relations, rent collection, and compliance.
Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Conduct tours of the community, showcasing high-end unit features and community amenities to prospective residents.
Facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
Assist with marketing efforts, renewal strategies, and retention initiatives to support occupancy goals.
Maintain accurate resident files, leasing documentation, and property records using property management software.
Collaborate with the maintenance and office team to ensure the property operates efficiently and presents at its best.

What You Bring:

At least one year of property management, leasing, or relevant administrative experience.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus).
Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Availability to work Saturdays and accommodate resident schedules as needed.
