Location: Trenton, TN — Office location based in the Trenton/Jackson, TN area.

Compensation

• Up to $100K+ annually | Performance-based commission pay structure

  Earn based on your performance with a commission-based compensation structure designed to reward productivity and sales. Experienced, high-performing plumbers have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with full benefits included.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners

• Perform repairs, replacements, and installations

• Clearly explain options and communicate professionally with customers

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow plumbing codes and company safety standards

• Provide quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of residential service plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Customer-focused and professional

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable, coachable, and accountable
