Registered Nurse, ICU SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months perm address over 250 miles from Rapid City SD EPIC skills skills checklist within 12 mos Reference dated within 12 mos for job worked within 5 yrs Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and trauma Diagnoses include but are not limited to: ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, s/p cardiac cath, post-surgical, multiple system trauma – heavy trauma population previous travel required
