Commercial Property Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lombard, IL, for a Commercial Property Manager. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day property operations, develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and building owners, and ensure the properties are operating efficiently. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating repairs and maintenance, facilitating lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

• Experience in property management, lease administration, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and ensuring compliance with building standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
• Expertise in budget management, creating financial reports, and cost-effective property operation.
• Basic proficiency in property management software and related tools; ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) are a plus. xhyhwjd
