- Pay-per-visit model: $45+ per visit

- Mileage reimbursement (per policy)
- Flexible schedule
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
