Responsibilities:

• Perform moderately complex production and assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, and cables
• Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, production assemblies, and large-scale complex systems
• Fabricate RF cables, multi-function cables, and wire harnesses to precise specifications
• Perform soldering of ribbon cables and stripline components to support RF performance requirements
• Conduct fabrication, marking, inspection, and integration activities in research, production, and pre-production environments
• Load and configure customer and standard software onto customer devices
• Support quality initiatives utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical analysis methods
• Follow detailed manufacturing documentation, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and security standards in a defense manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• High School Diploma or GED required
• AA Degree or manufacturing-related certification preferred
• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics fabrication experience
• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance required at time of hire
• Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly operations
• Experience building RF cables, harnesses, and complex assemblies
• Soldering experience including ribbon and stripline soldering for RF applications
• Knowledge of fabrication, inspection, and integration processes
• Experience loading and configuring software on customer devices
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics applications
• Basic computer proficiency
• Position requires 100% on-site support in Canonsburg, PA
